International Returns – CJ Activewear

International orders are eligible for refunds only.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order. Please note that shipping fees will apply to all re-orders.

Original shipping costs, international customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the U.S.
If these fees were incurred, they will be deducted from your refund total.

CJ Activewear reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return policy standards.

Return & Exchange Policy – CJ Activewear

​

We accept domestic returns and exchanges, as long as they meet the return/exchange guidelines below.
International customers: please refer to the section further down for specific information.

General Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • For exchanges, we provide store credit in the form of a CJ 

  • Activewear gift card, which can be used to repurchase any available item on our website.

  • If you are returning items from more than one order, please create a separate return for each one through our Returns Center.

  • Combined returns will not be processed.

Return Conditions (All Must Apply):

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned in their original product bag

  • Items must not be worn, washed, or dried

  • No deodorant marks or visible stains (makeup, self-tanner, etc.)

  • No human or animal hair

  • No snags, pilling, or abnormal odors (perfume, body odor, etc.)

  • Items must not be missing components (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.)

  • White and off-white items (e.g., cream, ivory) are final sale — no returns or exchanges

  • Items with excessive wrinkling may be denied

  • Biohazardous returns (e.g., bodily fluids) will result in immediate denial of the entire return for safety reasons. The package will be shipped back to the address on file with no exceptions.

  • If you return your entire order, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • All undergarments are final sale — no exceptions for hygiene reasons.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels for orders outside the United States.

  • Items must not be worn, washed, or tumble-dried

  • No deodorant marks, no stains (makeup, self-tanner, etc.)

  • No human or animal hair

  • No snagging, pilling, or abnormal odors (perfume, body odor, etc.)

  • Items must not be missing any components (e.g., bra pads, drawstrings, buttons)

  • Items with excessive wrinkling may be denied

  • White and off-white items (e.g., cream, ivory) are final sale — no returns or exchanges

  • All undergarments are final sale for hygiene reasons — no exceptions

  • If returning your entire order, original shipping fees are non-refundable

Important: If you are located outside the U.S. (including Canada), we can only process returns — no exchanges are allowed.

Defective Item – CJ Activewear

​

If you believe you’ve received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damage or defect

  • A full-length photo of the item

  • A photo of the CJ Activewear logo and label

​

Important:
If you report a potential defect more than 30 days after your purchase date, the item will be considered normal wear and tear and will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Start a Return or Exchange – CJ Activewear

To begin your return or exchange, go to the main menu on our website and click on
START YOUR RETURN.

​

Once your return is received and processed by our Returns Department, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 5–10 business days for your return or exchange to be reviewed and accepted.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

​

CJ Activewear reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject any return at our discretion in the following cases:

  • Evidence of fraudulent or criminal activity

  • Excessive or suspicious return history suggesting “wardrobing” (buying, wearing, and returning)

  • Returns involving items that are worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or incomplete

  • Non-CJ Activewear items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt

 

We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity engaging in such behavior.
