Shipping Policy – CJ Activewear

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $85 USD.

Shipping times shown at checkout are automatically calculated by USPS or UPS. If the estimated delivery is shown as “2-day shipping,” that means 2 business days is the fastest estimated delivery time—actual transit time may vary depending on your location. Customers located closer to our distribution center may receive their orders faster, while those farther away may experience longer delivery times.

Order Processing Time

We typically process and fulfill orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day, as our daily shipping cutoff is 3:30 PM PST. Orders placed over the weekend or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Notes

Shipping time begins once the package is picked up by the carrier, not when the order is placed.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days) – $14.99

International Shipping & Customs

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and shipping destination. Please note:

• Import duties, customs taxes, and other charges imposed by your country are not included in our prices.

• We do not cover or reimburse these charges and recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Address

CJ Activewear is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you for an updated address, and reshipping will be at your expense. These orders are not eligible for cancellation.
