We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@cjactivewear.com as soon as possible — ideally on the same day the order was placed.

Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations, as orders may begin processing shortly after being submitted. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we’ll do our best to stop it in time.

If cancellation is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

If you paid in installments, any future scheduled payments will be canceled. If a refund is owed after that adjustment, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.
